Ingredients:
Premium Wheat Flour, Raw Cane Sugar, and Powder of (Beetroot, Butterly Pea, Carrot, Pumpkin, Purple Carrot, Purple Sweet Potato).
Cooking Instructions (To make 5 pancakes):
1) Mix 3 scoops of pancake mix powder with 50ml of water or milk.
2) Heat oil or butter in a frying pan on medium heat. (Surface is ready when a few drops of water sprinkled on it dance and disappear.)
3) Scoop 1 big tbsp of mixture on the pan, and flip when bubbles start to form.
4) Serve hot with butter or your favourite pancake topping.
*1 tbsp / 15ml of measuring spoon is approximately 10g of pancake premix.
