Organic 3 Grain Baby Porridge is a good source of energy, fibre, vitamin and minerals for healthy growth and development.
Cooking Porridge: Use the ratio 1-5 for grain to water. Soaking in water for 1 hour or more before cooking will give it a softer texture. Health Paradise grains can be cooked on a stovetop, in a slow cooker, rice cooker or in any baby food cookers.
Get creative by adding sweet potato, carrot, pumpkin or broccoli to enhance the flavour.
Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat, Organic Millet, Organic Quinoa.
