The suggested recipe for this adorable safari animal shaped pasta would be to serve it with salad! And the ingredients needed could be seen as below:

  • 300g (10.6 oz) of Organic Kid’s Pasta

  • 100g (3.5 oz) of cherry tomatoes

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 onion

  • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste as well as pine nuts

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. Cook the Organic Kid’s Pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Strain and let cool.

  2. To prepare the salad, first wash and chop the tomatoes. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.

  3. Next, in a bowl of mixed tomatoes, garlic, and onions and pour in the balsamic and olive oil.

  4. Stir in the pasta with the herbs and spices to taste.

  5. Toast the pine nuts in a pan without oil and garnish on top of the salad.

Organic Ocean Kid’s Pasta

Let your kids’ ocean animal-shaped pasta swim in the depths of a soup ocean! (I hope this is funny...) So here are the ingredients needed for this recipe:

  • 100g (3.5oz) of Organic Kid’s Pasta

  • 2 carrots

  • Half leeks

  • A quarter of celery

  • 2 tablespoons of oil

  • 1 litre of vegetable stock

  • A quarter of bunch fresh parsley

  • Salt and pepper

  • Nutmeg

HOW TO PREPARE:

  1. We will first start off with the soup. Wash and peel the vegetables. Chop the carrots and leek into small rings, dice the celery.

  2. Heat the oil and roast the vegetables. Pour in the vegetable stock and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften, but have still bite. Add the Kid’s Pasta and simmer for 6 more minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

  3. Wash and roughly chop the parsley.

  4. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste and sprinkle the parsley on top of the soup to serve.

  5. Or simply serve the pasta with tomato sauce.
