Christmas Tree Brownies

Christmas tree brownies are easy to make and it’s a gorgeous dessert for Christmas parties! First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a round cake tin with baking paper and set it aside. Second, beat the sugar and eggs together in a bowl to make them light and fluffy. Third, add flour, melted butter, cocoa and vanilla and mix well. Fourth, pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into wedges. Finally, drizzle the cake wedges with some vanilla icing to coat the whole brownie. It's done! Now you may decorate them with food sprinkles & decorations that you like.

Stacked Christmas Tree Cookies

Other than brownies, you can also craft a sweet little forest of Christmas Tree Cookies by getting your little kid’s help! Using cookies that have been prepared in different sizes (large, medium and small), all you need to do is just ‘dress up’ your Christmas Tree! First, beat together the icing sugar and butter in a bowl and mix well. When the mixture is light and fluffy, add milk and vanilla, and you can also add some green food coloring. Second, use the frosting to ‘glue’ your 3 cookies together to become a Christmas Tree-shaped. Finally, add some star-shaped sprinkles, and you're done!

Chocolate-Topped Marshmallow Sticks

Kids love sweet chocolates! This recipe is super simple and makes a perfect addition to your Christmas desserts! First, melt chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons of shortening in the microwave, and don’t forget to stir them until a smooth mixture. Next, place the sticks inside each marshmallow. Afterwards, dip the marshmallows into melted chocolates to coat it. Meanwhile, melt white baking chips in the microwave and pour over the chocolate. Now, decorate your marshmallow sticks with some favourite toppings with your kiddos! You can also whip up a cup of hot cocoa with a marshmallow stick!

Pancake Snowman

Lastly, a pancake snowman is definitely a fun recipe for this Christmas, as you can invite your little one to help with decorating their little snowman! Just follow the easy steps: Beat the pancake mixture with water or milk until moistened. Then, pour one and a half cups of batter over a hot, oiled frying pan and make a snowman in circles. When the pancake is done, put it on a plate. Now, you can sprinkle some sugar on top and start to decorate your ‘Olaf’ with pretzels, chocolate chips, cranberries, or any other favorite toppings!
