Country Farm Organics Baby Noodles is suitable for the period from 6 to 24 months of age is a vulnerable period and it is the time when malnutrition starts in many infants. Infant is ready for complimentary (solid) food after 6 months and it is time for moving the baby to the next stage. World Health Organization (WHO) recommends the introduction of nutritionally-adequate and safe solid foods at 6 months together with continued breastfeeding up to 2 years old in order to meet the nutritional needs of infant. Additionally, introduce new foods gradually helps infants adjust to new textures and help spot the potential food allergy.
Cooking Methods:
- Placea bundle of noodles into boiling water and stir gently for 6-7 minutes.
- Drain the water. Add your favourite ingredients to enhance the taste.
- Allow noodles to cool until a suitable temperature before serving to baby.
